The stone falls off

I received this ring as a gift and was thrilled with it initially. However, the stone fell out shortly after I started wearing it. Thankfully, insurance covered the replacement, but unfortunately, the stone fell out again on a trip, and I lost it for the second time. While I love the design of the ring, the prongs do not seem strong enough to securely hold the stone in place.

Love this ring has a cushion cut so facets looks very sparkly super beautiful I would recommend it if you love black. The stone is a deep, beautiful black.

bad quality ! cheap quality for its price

I bought this ring and I only wore a few times. The stone already fell off. Called customer service , they said they could request a refund . I would need to mail it and it might not be approved, but they will keep the ring without the stone.

Attractive ring….

Very nice, but with one complaint. It would have been nice to have the band of the ring thicker because the stone is a generous size. I need to take it to a jeweler to get some bumps put inside the band to stabilize the balance so the stone doesn’t fall to the side. It is a very attractive ring though.

I absolutely love this ring but the stone fell out after about 7 months of everyday wear. I took the ring to a local jeweler and they ordered a new stone in a different size and the setting is way better! Before the stone rattled in the setting and I took it a couple of times just to get it tightened.

Stone falls out.

I would suggest that you not buy this ring. I only had mine for 6 months and the stone fell out. I bought Macy's protection plan and now they tell me the stone is not covered. Still trying to get a solution with Macy's.

The picture doesn't show how pretty this ring is. I love it and get many compliments every time I wear it.
