Very tough to find a full bedroom set, but this one truly was a good find. It is a dark brown color which originally I was looking for gray wash, but it's extremely well made. Very happy I decided to purchase this from Macy's. The quality is always there.

The white glove service failed. They did not have shoe covers and vacuum cleaners. They just left the furniture in the room and took the box. The furniture is darker than in the photo. Attention, there is a middle leg on this dresser. I hate it so chose the one without it, but the picture is actually wrong. Very disappointed. The dresser looks just so so.

1. Delivered something that wasn’t defective. 2. Have a replacement sent out. 3. Not made me wait another 2 months for an inspector to come out to confirm that the nightstand was actually defective.

The bedroom set was delivered today; I had a delivery window of 12-2PM. First thing in the morning, I was texted that they'd be here at 12:10PM, then it was 12:35 and they showed up at 1:50PM, wasting my morning. The driver and his assistant were friendly, but struggled with the dresser; to be fair, I do have 15 steep stairs to the loft. The headboard was missing four screws. I'm supposed to get a call in 24-48 hours letting me know when someone will be here to assemble the bed. I paid for white glove delivery so I'm not going to the hardware store for screws. The photos show a lighter brown than the actual dark brown, and it's a bit plastic looking. I wouldn't have purchased this if I saw it in person. It's a 15% fee from the total cost to return it, and I'm considering it, or I'll put it in the basement when I finish the downstairs and add another bedroom. This website wouldn't allow me to upload photos.
