    Major Inconvenience

    We bought some clothing items for my son, though we live far from Macy's. When we got home, we realized the sales person did not remove the anti-theft attachment. Now we have to drive a long way back to get it removed. Expensive gasoline charges and loss of time. Macy's, how can you recompense me, a customer for decades?
