Very disappointed

I ordered this sofa in Sand at the end of October 2025 and given the reviews, was anticipating waiting longer than 12 weeks for delivery. I am now at 13 weeks and called for an update to be told to expect at least 26 weeks from order to delivery. The discount I was offered was laughable. It is simply unacceptable to set expectations this grossly inaccurate.

Sand Radley Leather

We just received our leather sectional! We did a special order on the sand color in December and got our couches end of April so the wait was definitely long but it was the best thing to wait for these couches! They are even better looking in person! We absolutely love the color sand. We were worried for it not to look different than we expected but it was even better! The delivery guys did great paying so much attention to detail and were careful coming in and handled the couches very well. I’m so happy to have a leather couch with my 3 kiddos!

Worth the wait

We ordered the Sand colored leather sectional and ottoman mid December 2024 and it arrived end of March 2025. It was worth the wait. Delivery and set up went smoothly. We got this set on sale and are happy with the quality thus far considering it is day two. Good things come to those who wait.

Never going to show up

Other reviews are accurate. Do not trust the estimated dates they provide ever. Website date is incorrect as well as the dates they provide when you call and ask for an update. They also state they will reach out to you if it is delayed more than 7 days beyond what they provide when you call, but shockingly they don’t reach out you only find out when you call and ask for an update after another missed date they provided. Why are they dishonest? Just state the truth and we wouldn’t be this frustrated. If you have no idea when you will get it say that. This is just insane.

You will never get it at the sales price!

I was told six weeks wait, now I am told another six weeks. Macy's will keep bumping you down the wait que. For an extra fee they may expedite the delivery, and other who ordered at sales price will be bumped down the line. Very disappointing. My previous review was not posted. I wonder if this will appear.

Great but colors are not labeled correctly

We love the sofa and it works great for our family. Our sales and service representative Tanesha Gibbon has been the pinnacle of professionalism. She has been outstanding to work with. Important note: The colors on the website are not labeled correctly. This is not slight color variations, but instead they are mislabeled. Not sure about the other colors but Ash and Light Grey are reversed. Macy's and Tanesha have gone over and above in making it right, but definitely check the swatches before ordering.

Very happy!

We ordered our sectional at the store in early September. We were told it might be in by Thanksgiving. We were thrilled when it came in much earlier, it arrived about two and a half weeks after we ordered it. We have now had it for two weeks and are very pleased. It if very comfortable and nice looking. The leather is soft but thick. Our two golden retrievers are on in constantly and it does not show any signs of scratching. Note: I am wondering if those who are waiting for a long time are custom ordering. We went ahead with the Chestnut color to avoid a custom order.
