Their Leather Furniture is awful

Sold as real leather, sofa started pealing after 1 year of gentle use. Call an independent leather expert who said it was indeed leather but something went wrong during the finishing/dying process. NEVER buy furniture from Macys. You get what you pay for. spend a bit more and get a MUCH BETTER longer lasting product. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

DO NOT ORDER BUYER BEWARE

Beware the web descriptions are incorrect and you will receive incorrect pieces specifically the corner pieces. What is worse you will not be able to get ANYONE at Macys to understand the issue. I have spent OVER 4 hours now trying to get someone to address this issue and still waiting on hold. the couch is beautiful BUT.............OMG what happened to MACYS so sad...
