Not comfortable

I purchased in Aug, it's a sitting sofa, not a comfy, relaxing sofa. Was hoping the stiff, hard cushions were just because it was new, no changes. I wanted to like it because I heard so many good things about Radley...but I wish I had gone with another brand.
