arrived broken

My review is not of the product but of the return. I ordered 2 boxes of the these glasses and one box clearly had broken glass so I called and a replacement was issued. Now they tell me I have to return them but on line it will not let me do the label to return. I was told to throw the box away since there was broken glass... luckily I was able to get the box out of the trash. Now after calling customer service to see how to send the damaged glasses back Lois could not understand or help me! I do not want to be charged for broken items. I ordered several other fragile items that all arrived unharmed including the replacement.

Riedel Stemware Never Disappoints

I had the opportunity to replace stemware that was clunky with these beautiful light Riedel white wine glasses. I like how these feel in your hand. Any of the Riedel wine glass bundles would make a wonderful gift.
