Macys at Beverly Center are the worst. By far thw worst customer services I have ever been to. I took the item to return, the rude agent told me that this isn't one of the items you sell at Macy's Ring of Fire isn't one of Macy's sold items?? She said she couldn't scan the tag wasn't coming up in her system but the other 2 items on the same receipt came up. Rude rude agent shouldn't be int Customer service business ever. I was told I need to call you to coordinate the return. Pls. Email me back with return slip so I can .ail it back to u.

Runs small & SHRINKS when washed.
Runs so small. The 10 & 12 are exactly the same size. As soon as I washed it, it was too small for my 7 year old. (yes he wears a 10-12, but apparently needed a 14 or larger in these pants). Not sure I will keep buying to "test" the sizes - wastes time & money. Style is cute though.
Disappointed
I ordered this for my son’s birthday but got disappointed. It was not delivered 🥲
Where’s the elastic in the waist?
I liked these jeans except for one thing. This brand does not have the elastic in the waist to adjust the waist size, like the other brands have! Bummer! So I might be returning these jeans because the waist is to big and definitely would need a belt for my son to wear!
Good quality and comfortable
Great jeans felt rough at first to the touch but inside is soft and stretchable material.Good quality definitely would buy this brand and style again
