Terrible Fabric
I read the reviews before purchasing and I had such mixed feelings after doing so. I went ahead and I purchased it anyway. My first issue was the smell of it after it was delivered. Macys was kind enough to take care of that issue. I’ve had it for 6 months now, and let me say it’s comfortable, beautiful to look at but creates these fur balls once sit on a lot. It’s not going to last long because I had to get a lint shaver to remove the fur balls. Eventually the material might start to rip. I would recommend you get something else.
Exceeded my expectations!
Wow! Love this set. Purchased the Rosecrans 92” sofa in wheat color and two matching chairs about two months ago. Set is very comfortable, lots of cushion ,but very supportive . Fabric is beautiful and I have not noticed any wear or pilling. I just wish a matching ottoman in a plain color ( no design) was offered. I have received great compliments on the set. There was a problem with assembling a sofa leg and Macy’s sent out a technician to handle it right away.

Best Sofas and Great Price!
Went to Macy’s 4th of July Furniture sale & was so happy to find this sofa! I needed 2 & the size 92 ins were perfect for my main living space. Color is neutral, firm & only 2 pillows. The 4 extra pillows were an extra bonus. Also, I worked with Dee Dee sales associate & she was excellent, personable & professional! Very happy with my purchase & price point.

I just bought these sofas, and noticed when you sit on them they have a squeak to them on both sofas. I called to have someone access them, and they couldn't fix them so they had a new sent out. I noticed the same thing on the new one so I'm guessing its the sofas themselves. they also aren't the most comfortable, and have noticed some sagging on the pillows. the quality could be a lot better. Nice sofas if they aren't for everyday use.
Buy something else!
This couch is visually beautiful and comfy. That beauty didn't last long. It's been six months since purchasing couch. There are fabric balls wverywhere! Side of the couch is sagging from sitting and kind you I'm very petite. Looks worn out, like we've had this sofa for years, it's been six months! Company came out to assess sofa (we bought two) and they said regular wear and tear. Sir it's been a hot second this pricey sofa should not be breaking down so quickly. They denied claim to repair couch! Spend your hard earned money on something else. Low quality fabric and cushion. Wasted money and time

I got the beige color. I like the look but it's a little bouncy. I had this for 7-8months now. So far it's good.

The best first adult couch you can buy.
We weren't even looking for this couch in the store but when we sat down we knew. It's semi firm but absolutely supportive and so comfortable. If you're not going the chaise style couch way this still supports two short adults laying down very comfortably. At 92 inches it's a medium sized full length couch but fits beautifully in an apartment setting. We got it in grey so it matches basically any decor. It's sturdy. I'm used to couches sliding around and this one needs some heft to move. This couch is just made for lounging, sleeping, whatever you want to do for long periods of time. The wide arms are a game changer. It just feels like something you'll have for a while if you take care of it. I see everyone has wildly different experiences with Macy's White glove but our experience was great. They showed up early, put the couch together, and removed all of the packing stuff and any debris. Shout out to Pat at Willowbrook mall Macy's for helping us buy it. It's finally home.
