Like many others I never got my earrings and getting my money back was no walk in the park either. They try every way in the work not to give you a refund then when they agree to they want to give you a gift card NO

Terrible quality.

I knew they'd be small, so that was no surprise; the quality is horrible. Off color (yellowish) and so included, they have no shine or sparkle. I needed 3 pairs, part of my order was cancelled and they only sent one pair. Shipping took a long time. Just overall, trash. Returning. Took a chance on Macy's jewelry one more time, regretted it one more time. Don't bother.

Too small and plastic for the backing??

It was disappointing enough that the are so small you can barely see them but to add insult to injury, the backing is PLASTIC. Never seen ANY version of a gold/diamond that doesn’t have a metal post to hold it in place. This is crazy.
