Poor Quality

This dresser is not worth the money. The first one that was delivered had a top drawer that did not open and close correctly. I paid for White Glove delivery so expected it to be assembled and work correctly. I called customer support and they scheduled a service tech. The first one rescheduled as did the next 3. After the third attempt I was over it and told them to refund they offered a replacement so I accepted. The second one arrived and the third drawer did not work my husband was able to reinforce all the drawers and I guess we are keeping it. I will not be buying from Macys anymore. The quality is junk.

Beautiful and modern but weak frame

If you want to give your room a stylish and modern touch, this bed is a great choice. The headboard is made of solid wood, with soft, elegant fabric. It was easy to assemble, the illustrations on the directions were accurate. It came with all the necessary hardware and tool (allen wrench). In total, it took about 40 minutes. The only thing I would change is the base. The base is made out of thin wooden slats going across the wooden frame. It is so weak that the mattress was somewhat caving in, in the center. You will definitely need a metal box spring to sit on the slats for more stable and security. Overall, I love this bed. It's beautiful!!

The Macy’s Queen upholstery bed would be best suited in a larger bedroom.

Just received the Macy’s Queen Upholstery Bed. The assembly was done pretty quickly by the delivery men. The bedframe seems very sturdy and built well. Seems like it will be very supportive with a mattress and boxspring. The headboard and footboard have a nice upholstered material/texture to it which you can see in one of the photos.  As for the size of the queen size bed frame, it is very large, a little overpowering for the room I intended. I think this would be nice in a very large bedroom.

Sturdy piece of furniture

The Ryder bed is beautiful, sturdy, and very well made. It is high quality and it definitely makes a statement in the room. The cream boucle fabric is a nice detail and is very soft. Overall it is gorgeous.

Premium bed perfect for new house

This a very premium product & I am very happy with how the headboard looks because that’s the first thing anybody notices about a bed. It’s also a very study wood material which supports the weight very well. The upholstery is also premium & the white colour is my favourite theme for my bedroom. Overall I’d make sure you have an over 12 inch mattress to remove the gap between the headboard & the mattress. You can also do a low profile box spring

The bed is very beautiful and easy to get in and out.

The bed is super cute and the headboard is superb . I’m loving it. My room changed immediately after my bed got in. It’s very lovely and the hight is perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this bed. Go ahead and place your order. You have nothing to regret about it.

Great quality product!

Great quality product and great white glove delivery service! The frame feels very sturdy and the upholstery is of good quality. Make sure to measure well because it was a bit larger than expected. The headboard has quite a bit of head room when sitting with your back against it. If you plan to use a box spring, get a low profile one because my bed sits quite high with my regular box spring. Without the box spring the bed feels too low in the frame. Otherwise great product!

Beautiful and sturdy

This bed is gorgeous and perfect for my daughter’s room, the frame is very thick and heavy duty. Boucle upholstery is a nice touch and so comfortable to lean against it. We are really happy with it! Highly recommended!
