Very Nervous.

I ordered this awesome lighting fixture. I ordered from Macy's, yet it is from an outside vendor. It was supposed to be shipped and arrived by March 19, 2026, I believe. I have called and live chatted with Macy's. com for several days. I have no resolution. I have no idea when it will be shipped. I have no information as to where it is being shipped from although I have requested where it is being shipped from on live chat and remote chat several times. I have no idea when it will arrive. I tried to cancel this order several days ago due to scheduling dates. I have notified thru chat that I need this item by next week in order to close my C of O for my property. NO RESPONSE. I love Macy's, but am very disappointed on this order. I will not order a product that is from an outside vendor thru Macy's Again.
