Mattress delivery

Mattress was as expected. Comfortable and affordable. Delivery was prompt and delivered during the time frame quoted me. Jose and Manuel delivered the mattress with outstanding service. (they were clean, efficient, and removed my old mattress).

Not satisfied with quality

I got a pair of these mattresses on sale. Quality does not reflect regular price of about 1,000. It is too soft to be considered firm, and thickness is only 9 inches but advertised as 10 inches.

Back Saver

I own an Essentials Spring Euro Top 12 Medium. My model wasn't listed. I love this bed. It is not made for the adjustable bed frame. For some reason the mattresses for those frames kill my back. I had to really hunt to find this mattress. I wasn't sure if it would work to relieve my back pain. But it took two days, and the pain was gone. The bed is soft enough to be comfortable but not so soft that you can't climb out of it.
