Comfortable But Numerous Issues and Poor Service

I got this sectional in a custom fabric two years ago. I think it is comfortable and I enjoy the USB console. Unfortunately, I have had non-stop issues with the recliner functionality since it arrived. A side recliner stopped working shortly after it was assembled, but I was able to schedule a service appointment and the issue was resolved. Then the other side recliner stopped working and I had to call customer service multiple times and have multiple inspections to try to fix the issue. I was told that I would need replacement parts ordered, and I received no update for months. After several calls, I finally received replacement parts. I recently had the new buttons and wiring installed, but the buttons still do not work. I reported this and was told I would get a call to follow-up (I did not). Overall, while comfortable, it has never been fully functional in the 2 years I have had it, and I would expect better functionality for the price.

So glad we took a chance on this couch without any reviews. Very comfortable and functional. Contemporary look goes really well with the rest of our furniture. Fabric is soft and high quality.
