I just got this mattress and im shipping it to africa but the box is ruin beyond repair and also I can't even tell the size they delivered to me because of the box. I bought king size but it looks so small and very loose. the delivery service was very poor. I can't say anything about the mattress because I haven't used it.

This 12 inch mattress provides great support with its firmness. It’s firm but extremely comfortable for even those that enjoy a more plush mattress, like myself. It feels amazing on your back & really offers that support for a good night’s rest. The packaging made it super easy to unroll and set up on the bed frame.

Amazing mattress that couldn’t be easier to set up. I was a little skeptical seeing the box it came in (even telling my wife it must be the wrong size) but lo and behold it was in fact a queen mattress! Within minutes of unpacking it was at full size and laying flat. As someone who suffers from back issues, it provided ample support. Temperature seems relatively stable too as it is the heart of summer and I haven’t noticed any issues staying cool.

The package was very well done. Easy to move into place and not hard to open and very well packaged. The durable fabric is top notch the firm mattress gives you great support for bigger people. The value is one of the best on the market.

Horrible Service
I have yet to receive this item and the order was placed on 4/21/26. Upon calling last Friday 4/24/26 I was told it would be picked up on 4/30/26 for delivery. I then strangely receive an email informing me the mattress will be delivered on Friday 4/24/25. I don’t receive anything! Then the tracking status updates to delivery by Saturday 4/25/26 and that’s how it has stayed. I called yesterday 4/27/26 to get more updated information and I’m not only appalled but disgusted by the service provided. Needless to say I was then told yes it will be “picked up” by UPS or USPS on 4/30/26 but it will not be delivered until 7- 10 business days after. If and when it does arrive I will be sending it back as I was informed I could do by the representative I spoke to. I in the meantime ordered practically the same mattress from Home Depot last night 4/27/26 and it has already shipped with a delivery date of 5/2/26!
