GREAT ADJUSTABLE BASE

I have slept on the Serta Motion Slim Adjustable Base for about 1 month and am enjoying the comfort and option range provided. Both Macy's and Serta have provided Excellent Customer Service. The delivery service people were accommodating; but, unfortunately, packed up my Owner's Manual which carries the Serial Number and other information necessary for Warranty Registration. It has been challenging to say the least to locate the Serial Number and took a month (off/on) of my personal time to finally resolve via Serta. MORAL OF THE STORY: Stay with the delivery team during installation and make sure the Owner's Manual is in your hands before they leave.
