Look cute but thread falling apart after 1st wash!

These look so cute- the design is great and they are soft, but I went to wash them after opening them and the threads are coming out. This is a sign to me that they won't last very long unfortunately. Or, I have to try to remedy the situation myself but maintaining and fixing the threads over time.. ugh!
