Good TV but only lapse is can't connect Hard Drive

It's a good TV with good technology but the only thing is that I cannot connect my external hard drive with this TV as I have seen that because of some power output this TV doesn't supports external hard disk.

Disappointing TV

Poor picture quality. This TV picture is worse than my 10 year old Samsung smart TV, WHY? The TV connection keep dropping while watching TV programme. Lack of support as Sony tech support are not contactable.

Why no Freesat?

As a tv, the picture quality and sound are excellent. However the requirement given to the supplier was for a tv for Freesat. This tv does not do Freesat. I have had to buy a box to make Freesat work. Why not include the bit of software ? We are Sony tv household ( we have three) next time Im afraid it wont be.

My Fourth Sony Bravia, never been disappointed, just retired my 16 year old model, still working well, and the others have now been moved around to different rooms. They're just very good TV;s

Well, if only it worked

Took an hour or so to have it set up on TV stand. Plugged it in and it powered up. Only problem was the remote and the TV didn't recognize each other so all I had was a $1000 nothing in the room. Called the retailer PC Ricardsxand was transferred four times before getting to speak with someone. No service available today or tomorrow. I asked him to overnight a new remote and he said he'd get back to me. Four hours later I'm still waiting. My suggestion, don't purchase from PC Richard's.

Built for PS5 and Streaming

Wonderful picture (but it does take some calibrating). Brilliant for ps5, it basically ticks all the boxes. Fast processor so AndroidTV runs quick. Loses a point because it looks bit cheap compared the older Bravias, no metal rims and the controller is cheapo compared to previous remotes (eg no number pad)
