it's just ok, for me this device is HEAVY on my shoulder, should go for SRS-NB10 which much lighter.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue: - Adjust any audio settings on your source device. - Move the speaker away from any potential sources of interference such as metal objects or other electronic devices. - Try a reset and factory reset on the speaker. Cool Wearable Gadget that sounds crystal clear
The SRS-NB10 Wireless Neckband Speaker is an amazingly innovative product that makes it easy for you to make and receive calls via all the popular platforms like ZOOM, TEAMS, WEBEX, SKYPE etc....and has a very decent battery life. People think you are donning a wearable fan arouund your neck. It is so slim and unnoticeable that you end up wearing it everywhere you go !

Wherever I go,Im always with this neckband speaker
I'm always with neckband speaker since I bought it. I was very satisfied with the sound and portability. I will definitely buy a sony neckband speaker if I have the change to buy one again.
