Wrong item sent

I love these boots and have them in another color. When they arrived they were a completely different item. Customer service sent me a return label and said they were sending the correct ones. I never got them. I was super disappointed.

Lousy policy

You sent me two different sz boots, and then sent me a Macy card instead of crediting my account. In addition, you were supposed to send me a return label so I can send the boots back- I’m still waiting, and then sent me a notification I was going to be charged again for the boots since you haven’t received them back yet. Definitely not happy with this purchase

I bought the red ones. They are so comfortable and since I m a shorty give me a little height.

Beautiful boot!

I wish they made a Vegan (rubber) version of the, the waterproof rubber versions have a higher heel & are not exactly the same as this style (reason for 4 star).

Compared to other Sorels, these are just ok.

Cute boots, but not my go to shoes. Very stiff and needing to soften with a few wears.  I have really narrow feet, and even these were narrow on me! I bought my normal 8.5 and probably could have sized down to an 8 because the length is generous. I wish the opening wasn’t so large. They would have been even cuter with a more snug fit around the ankle. The sole attracts lint and hair which I’ve never experienced before with sorels. The first time I wore them out I came home and had to roll the sole with a lint roller.

Great boot.

Extremely comfortable. I had a hip replacement last year and was looking for an attractive boot, and one I could walk distances in. I did order a half size larger than normal as was recommended, and it was perfect.
