Ring never delivered

I purchased a ring for Valentine’s Day for my wife. I bought the Ring in late January and expected the delivery between 3–6 days. Two weeks later. Nothing had arrived. And I contacted Macy’s. They had no real answer for me and to get a ring and time for Valentines. I am required to purchase a second ring. The whole system. Seems ridiculous. I will never use Macy’s online again.
