Future landfill

Wanted to love these but the minute I took them out of the box put them on and zipped them up the zipper broke from the bottom and it wasn’t fixable so basically they became future landfill. Make things better quality please - the customer service from Macys was excellent too bad Steve Madden makes a garbage product

Poor zipper quality

Zippers on my shoes fell apart after a handful of wears. I’ll be paying up for shoes like this going forward!

Bad zipper on left boot

I want to love this boot, but I have purchased three times and each pair the zipper on the left boot is popping open. Is anyone else having this problem. Black leather size 7, faulty zipper.

Jones Leather Boot

I really wanted to love this boot. However, I bought it in my normal size, 8. 5 and I couldn’t zip it up over my ankle. Bad design that you have to zip up from the front and not the side. Unfortunately, I had to send back. Run small and would not recommend.
