Finally - high rise jeans are back! These jeans fit me very well. They have a good amount of stretch and are very comfortable. I am a smidge shy of 5’1”, 113 lbs, with a pear-ish shape. I bought the size 6 petite. The waist is just a hair big, but not uncomfortably so. No big gap in the back. It fits well everywhere else. I went back and bought a couple of extra pairs to put in reserve because the powers that be feel the need to change styles/cuts and I know they won’t be around when I need new ones. These in the blue washes are fine; I also bought a pair in black. The black ones fit fine, but have a VERY strong odor. I had to wash them at least 3 times and hang them outside before I could stand to wear them. I don’t know what that chemical is, but it’s bad. The good news is the smell finally went away.

I have been shopping at Macy's for 30 years. I love this store! Everything I buy from Style and Company fits. The jeans I just bought did not fit, but I didn't think much of it. I have so many Style and Co. That does. Will try later Thank you for a great store.
Not Hi-Rise as Advertised
These jeans rate 5 stars; however, they are not hi-rise as advertised but rather mid-rise. Even the label on the jeans read, "mid-rise". I purchased 3 pair and not a single one of the jeans were hi-rise.
