Effective Thermal Blackout Curtains

These curtains kept us warmer during the 2022 Bomb Cyclone in Pennsylvania. The material is thick and substantial enough to contain the cold and block the sunlight. If your priority is a soft, thin fabric with a delicate fall, choose something else. These thermal blackout curtains are exactly what we needed.

Great curtains

I got these Amherst 50x84 grey curtains to try. They are really nice. There color is light enough the match alot of color schemes. I got these for my daughters bedroom. She absolutely loves them. She really like that they block the sun. Keeps the room cooler. #litchenbersunzero

Sun Blocking Curtains

Very excited about these curtains because the curtains I currently have do not block light from coming in. We have large lampposts that come on at night and come right thru the curtains we have currently. With these curtains it totally blocks that extra light coming in. They are super soft, almost feel like velvet or suede. They look very classy!

Beautiful & Effective

I got these about a month ago. First off, the color is nice and the velvety fabric makes them look a bit luxurious for black out curtains. The fabric does an excellent job at keeping out unwanted light. A must for someone like myself that loves a totally dark room for sleep. I have large security lighting on either side of my home and it’s annoying for sleep time. So these are a huge help! Nice to have a prettier option for keeping light out.

Very soft

These curtains feel almost velvety and are a great shade of gray that would go well with almost any color scheme. They also do a really great job of keeping the sunlight out when closed. Overall I am really happy we got these curtains.

Beautiful

I recieved Amherst 50x84 Grey curtians to try and review. I love these. They look great and they keep the sun out very well! I work overnight shift so I sleep during the day! These do exactly what I need while looking good!

Okay

These are just okay . They say blackout but they are not completely blackout curtains. A little of light comes through them. I believe this is because maybe it needs a little more fabric. However I like the color so these curtains are okay for me and will help some with the heat as though it blocks more than a regular curtain.
