Too small size not accurate

I absolutely love this ring but I did not receive a size 7! It is definitely a smaller size I would say a size 6. Now I have to return it because silver tone rings cannot be sized! I was going to try to reorder it and maybe the next ring would be a size 7. It is frustrating because the only size that is available is a 7 but this was definitely not a 7! I am a perfect size 7. All my rings are a size 7. This ring I could not get over my knuckle! Very disappointed!!
