Love the bed. In a temp controlled room the bed is exactly what was in store.. my biggest complaint is I wish we could have gotten or been able to purchase the pillows that are displayed with the bed. That pillow with the display is a one of a kind and I wish they sold it but other than that, we’ve had the best night of sleep in years

Most comfortable mattress I've ever had
The price is high, but I think it's worth it. The probreeze does a good job of staying cool and it's very comfortable. I wish I had gone with a firm instead of medium though. Regardless, I'll be buying tempurpedic mattresses from now on. They completely won me over. The mattress has helped with my shoulder pain and improved my wife's hip pain. It's easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on and this is coming from someone that hates memory foam mattresses. Tempurpedic just does it right!

Warranty is Terrible. Initially great but got really soft
Loved the mattress at first, but got really soft and sagged in the areas where we sleep. Sagged so much that had to start sleeping the middle or on the sides. Tried to go through the warranty process and they seemed to use all this fine print to deny the claim. They say they have a 10 year warranty, but good luck ever getting a claim approved. Probably not going to happen.

Very firm but comfortable!
So far I like the mattress it is not as cool as I expected since I am a hot sleeper. I have an adjustable base so I like to raise the head and feet slightly as it helps me sleep better. I purchased a King bed and I am heavier and bigger than my wife so I am concerned about compression issues, I am aware of the 3 month rotation requirement and I have done this with other mattress brands but unfortunately after 3 or so years I get an indentation on one side, I have reached out to other mattress companies regarding their warranty but they never seem to honor it! Time will tell with this mattress.

This product is the worst most expensive bed EVER!
I wake up sore and uncomfortable every day. The mattress is not responsive to my body, and I hurt every day in my lower back. This product is cumbersome and awkward to sleep on. I completely hate this product. I have tried to convince myself that the mattress just needed time to get used to, however, this adjustment period never resulted in comfortable SLEEP, just aggravation and pain in the morning. My wife has come to the same conclusion: this product is harmful because it does not live up to the HYPE!
