This isn’t smoked pearl

The jacket is nice. It appears to be high quality. But I received a grey jacket, not the plum-mauve looking one in the picture. There is not a way to “choose” a color when ordering so I’m quite confused. But the sale was final and I was told I couldn’t exchange it.
