Not quite right for me

I'm 5.8", 110 lbs, and bought size 0 which was too snug. The skirt has nice soft material, but waist and the split is too high. Also during try on, it is noisy when I walk around due to the weight, style, and fabric of the skirt.

Lovely skirt
