Plastic housing on the top/back of suitcase holding the collapsible handle in place came away from the suitcase night before I left on 3 plus week international trip. I tried to push the plastic pins back into the holes in the suitcase but there is no way to secure them once they were replaced in the corresponding holes in suitcase. Checking bag at airport and the piece came apart again. During the trip, the extendable handle came out of its plastic holder inside the suitcase which required me to unpack everything, unzip the liner and put the handle back in its holder. Couldn’t get plastic housing back in place. Very flimsy design/manufacture of piece. I have another Delsey piece that has held up for 10 years and why I chose Delsey again. New piece of luggage is definitely not the same quality. Cannot return to Macy’s as I came back from my trip in time for the return window to close. Macy’s rep wouldn’t budge. Now I’m stuck. I absolutely wouldn't buy again nor recommend.

Great bag with usable pocket options and a detachable shoulder strap. Nice color. Held up very well on an international trip where I used as a carry-on.

I really love this carryon. I had purchased an expensive Travel Pro Elite, but that was too heavy and I returned it. I bought this because it is so light and I can get it in the overhead bin. It packs a lot. I really love the striped lining - so pretty. The zippered pockets under the cover on the inside are great for packing things, but the design of them feel upside down. When you open your suitcase and flip the lid up, the pockets open downward. So things fall out easily when you're trying to pack or retrieve items. I don't understand this design at all - the pocket openings should be on the top. I would give this bag 5 stars if not for that design. Also, the telescoping handle feels flimsy - we will see how it holds up.

Nice color, good quality and design with lots of convenient compartments, pockets and zippers to pack for a few days’ vacation. The bag looks durable too.

Finally splurged on a better brand of luggage for my international travel. Purchase was made painless because of the great sale prices for these Delsey pieces. These are clearly a step up from other national brands. Beautiful exterior, wheels feel very solid and able to move through an airport. This bag doesn’t have a second expandable area from the outside but is deeper so it works. I bought the green, very luxurious looking.

Haven't use the suitcase as yet however I have a good feelings when I do it will work wonderful. Just think it's ways too much to pay for however, I have other Delseys more than 5 years and they do a good job.
