Zipper sticks badly

Zipper sticks very badly about 5" from fully closed position on each side. Needed players to get enough strength to pull zipper tab past the 5" mark. Luggage fabric seams were in the way of zipper pulling easily.

Quality not great

I expected a better quality from both Macys and Delsey. The wheels look flimsy and the overall construction is just ok. I know this bag will get beat up by luggage handling quickly. The size is good though.

Hope it’s adorable enough for the airlines.

I haven’t used this yet. Meeting that is a check bag. I’m afraid that it may get damaged in transit besides, do not have any reinforcement. Nor does the back of the bag.

Horrible product

Used the suitcase less than 3 times, and the wheel fell off. Tried to do a return/replacement and got the run around.

Disappointed

Purchased for lighter weight for international travel, but as soon as we got to the airport the handle broke down. The suitcase case is light and has a better space volume compared to our previous luggage, but definitely is not the quality expected.
