Terrible quality
At first I really enjoyed these cups everyday. However it’s only been about 1.5 years and they have terrible streaks on them. No matter what I do to try to rid them, they will not go away. Would not purchase again

terrible quality
Quality is horrible on this line of glassware. Very thin and breaks and cracks easily. Do not waste your money

Terrible glasses. I bought these in January because I liked that they stacked and trusted the brand. I only had them for less then 6 months and I only have 2 glasses left. They broke way to easily. You would just pick it up the wrong way and they broke. Very disappointed in these Lenox cups. I expected better quality.

Quality control issues
We ordered 2 packs of these glasses online. When they arrived there were bubbles in most of the glasses. About 1/3 of the glasses had black specks that had settled in the glass when they were made. We returned them. So disappointed in the quality control of Lenox. These should have never left the factory. These defects were present in both boxes of glasses. I wouldn’t have kept them if they were free.
