Not as helpful as I hoped

The idea is great and I was hoping for it to help my toddler with his shapes. In reality the execution did not pan out. It is hard to move the apple around and gets stuck often. There also an overwhelming number of options for him.

Super Cute

Our 18 month old really enjoys playing with this spin and change apple. He enjoys dumping the shapes and sorting them time and time again. The only con is that this toy can be pretty loud when spinning it.

Classic toy with a “twist”

This toy is like a classic shape sorting toy but with a challenging twist! It expands baby’s development to understand and test theories of fitting shapes in holes. My little guy loves to push down on the lever to change the shapes. It is a toy he goes to again and again! Definitely a favorite in our house.

Kiddo loves it

My two year old daughter loves playing with this, we’re happy she’s learning her shapes and how to match things. Product works well to create different shapes, and seems very durable. Me and my wife would highly recommend this product to anyone with young children.

Entertaining

I received this Leap Frog Changing Shapes Apple and it is entertaining for my little ones. It is a neat idea to push the stem and it changes the shapes, it makes it more challenging which it is good. There is no sounds or music so it makes a great quiet time toy. The only problem that we have is the door. It won’t stay on and can be frustrating for you and your little ones.

Broke easily

My daughter (22 months) loves shape sorting toys so I was certain she’d love this one. However, the “door” that holds the shapes in the apple easily falls off and I’m constantly having to put it back together. Also, I think this toy is a little more complex than the age range listed. Not only do they have to find the right shapes, but they have to press the top until they find the right set. I’d recommend for at least 3 years and older.

Love this!

I love watching my child try to figure out the shapes. It's a bit advanced but that's one reason why I like it so much. It's well built and has lasted being thrown around a bit. I have been recommending it to all my parent friends!
