Received the couch and 2 reclining chairs 2 weeks ago. The leather is very soft, and a beautiful reddish brown color. The trim thread is red. Wasn't sure I would like the red hints but I do. The reclining mechanisms work great, there was no damage to anything. The delivery was timely and the delivery people very polite and respectful. Thank you.
