Bad experience

I bought it as a gift. I specifically asked for it to arrive in a gift box, with a message that I sent and with the receipt in case the person wanted to exchange it, but none of that happened. It arrived in a random blue bag, no gift, no Macy's box. Terrible experience. NO MORE MACY'S FOR GIFTS.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED

This is not MACYS customer service. Items were delivered but not on my account. I called customer service and they said I would get a return label. NO RETURN LABEL FOR A WEEK. Still not ability to return online. AWFUL. And super short. I am 5'4" and this is up to where my legs start.

super cute

This cover up is super cute ! My only complaint is that it got caught on a zipper and started to unravel in that spot. Other than that , it’s a cute dress / cover up
