Sizing way off

The sizing on this shirt is way off. I'm a small in misses clothing so I ordered a medium for it to be larger and worn as a light jacket when it gets cool. I t fits more like an extra small. The sleeves are long and the overall top small through bust and short in length. Pretty color and soft however I cannot wear this and sadly have to send it back. I connected Macys online chat to see how to return it since it states you have to return back to manufacturer. I could not find a 1-800 number to actually speak to someone. I had to do online chat. Macys why sell merchandise that a customer cannot return to your store?

This is a nice shirt. Material is soft and it looks great. Sizes run small so you might want to order a size up.

Beautifully made.

I bought this in the Purple. This shirt is absolutely beautiful. It is very well made, and it does wash well. The material is very very soft and comfy. If you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing up, but in a shirt like this I do like them to be a bit roomy.
