On average, customers rate the Runs small/runs large of this item as Runs large.

It's BLUE not purple

Online it says purple, but it's blue--periwinkle to be exact and it says it on the bag. I was hoping the picture was off but it is exactly the color you see. The shoulders/sleeves on the size 16 stick out and are not flat to the arm--like an ancient Asian Warrior outfit the way the lace goes. The neck is also at the throat. The dress bodice/skirt is nice and it is well sewn. Maybe on the smaller sizes it would hang better.
