Overall, it’s both functional and stylish

I recently got the Umbra Penguin Soap Pump and I’m so glad I did! The design is sleek, modern, and minimal but still has a playful touch with the penguin shape—it adds a little personality to my sink area without being over the top. It’s easy to refill thanks to the wide opening, and the pump works smoothly without clogging or sticking like others I’ve tried. The matte finish looks great and doesn’t show fingerprints, which is a huge plus. It also holds a good amount of soap, so I’m not constantly refilling it. Overall, it’s both functional and stylish—exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Terrible design!

Ok so I LOVE how it looks. I bought two for my kitchen. Within 2 months of use we tired to open to refill it and it was too challenging because it was stuck. Wo opened and filled it and one of them would not align with the cup so the pump wouldn’t go down properly to pump the soap out. I thought we may have twisted it to the wrong way and it is our fault. So I bought another and within a month it happened again and I am sure we sis nothing wrong this time. Not to mention that even if I fell it half way, still the soap spills everywhere! Its too disappointing

Leaking

I recently bought this to replace the smaller version. I'm disappointed becuase it is constantly leaking meaning it constantly sat in a pool of liquud the whole time.

This is so cute! Works great. Love washing my hands. It's delightful. However, Trying to return other items is not easy!
