Ring impression

It hasn't arrived yet. And I'm not sure what would have happened or when it would have been shipped if I didn't chat with a human about its status. The chat bot misled me to believe the ring was arriving on the 14th. So I waited. It is a now past due birthday gift for my wife. I hope you still find my insight of high quality.

Never received

This was the ring my daughters fiancé chose to be delivered but its been weeks and still says Processing. So many conversations with customer support and I finally cancelled it. It still says processing. I really hope this was cancelled Macy's because he bought another ring already. Will never order jewelry from Macys' again!

Shiny and just like the picture

Very shiny and just like the picture. It took almost a month to get it so don’t count it if you need it in couple of weeks.
