Macy's shipping/ warehouse less than adequate.

I'm lucky that both candle holders were received intact. Macy's shipping department placed the orginal, well designed, OEM box in an oversized shipping box without securing the lid on OEM box. Macy's shipping stuffed some kraft-like paper in their shipping box and called it "good to go". When I receive the package, both candle holders were loose and rolling around within the bottom of the Macy's shipping box. I called customer support and reported poor packaging on USD 275 worth of crystal.
