I do not recommend the Jollene Fabric sofa

The only positive thing I can say about this sofa is that the frame feels very solid and well-built. Unfortunately, everything else has been a major disappointment. The fabric is one of the worst upholstery materials I've ever experienced. It gets extremely hot after sitting on it for a short time, making it very uncomfortable, especially during warmer months. It also feels itchy against the skin, which makes relaxing on the sofa unpleasant. I also strongly recommend against purchasing Macy's protection plan for this sofa. The warranty was heavily promoted as covering accidental damage, including pet damage, which was the main reason I purchased it. However, when my cat recently scratched the sides of the sofa, my claim was denied. That completely defeated the purpose of buying the protection plan. Between the expensive sofa and the costly warranty that didn't provide the coverage I was led to expect, I feel this purchase was not worth the money.

Looks good but very uncomfy

I’ve had this couch for 5 yrs now. It held up and looks good but so uncomfortable. Biggest purchase regret. Luckily I don’t sit in it often but when I do, it’s not too COMFY. don’t recommend. However for esthetics, it looks great.

Hard

I increasingly hate this loveseat and regret the purchase. Like others, I find it very hard and uncomfortable. I am regularly walking on the cushions on the floor in my bare feet, folding them over, massaging them, and even jumping on the seats to try to break it in, and I am feeling that my efforts are futile. Yes, the piece in the store was comfortable, but it was probably 3 years old and sat on 100s of times. We were limited on the size of seating we could put in our space, and this piece would work with its low profile and removable legs. But it just feels cheaply made and a torture device. I cannot relax on it, and after the first time sitting on it for an extended period, I needed a pain reliever. The gray is not a pretty gray, but with the right throw pillows and other furnishings it can blend in to surroundings. I am just glad I bought this on sale, as I could see getting rid of it in a few years if it never breaks in. Hate it.

Bought in 2019

I bought this for our playroom in 2019 or so. It look brand new and is in our PLAYROOM. Fabric in perfect condition. No pills, looks great , we get compliments all the time still. The walls are pink and it works; we bought the navy color. I would say it’s a rugged, solid couch, not the kind you sink into- but comfy enough to spend hours hanging out. So expect a plush couch and you will love it.

Jollene Sectional

The Jollene sectional is beautiful and very comfortable, we have had it for 9 years and it's still as soft and comfortable all these years. It is very durable and keeps its comfort for many years to come!

Big Blue Comfy Couch

This is my favorite purchase ever! I’ve had this couch for over 3 years and it’s so comfy. My friends love coming over and hanging out to chill on it, hundreds of naps have been taken on it and it’s still in great condition

Absolute garbage. Swindled

Not AT ALL like the couch in the showroom. The one we sat on in store was very soft and comfy. The one we received is hard as a rock, not even comparable. Salesperson said he has had this couch for years and it’s great (Yeah right, totally shady). Delivery people were super rushed and didn’t even let me verify. Now we’re stuck with it because I refuse to pay a bogus 15% restocking fee. Lame. Avoid this couch and Macy’s furniture at all costs.

Hard as a Rock. bait and switch from showroom.

We bought this couch purely because of how comfortable it was in the show room at our local Macy's, and we very much regretted it. This couch is as hard as a rock with no give. When we contacted Macy's they gave us an option to return it for a 15% restocking fee, and had no other explanation other than the one in the show room had been sat on and the "foam broken up" to make it more comfortable. It's a beautiful blue, but that's the only thing going for it. It's incredibly uncomfortable.
