Not as displayed

The picture showed the jacket was reversible and the color was black as well however when I received the jacket the reversible side is grey in color. Not what the picture displayed. Really Macy's

The UPC code 194414015313 is in the system wrong.

Ordered and returned 3 times. UPC on the coat and on Macy's invoice match (194414015313) and states on invoice that it is Calvin Klein Reversible: Metallic-Silver; however, received Calvin Klein Reversible: Black. Speaking with customer service and entering the UPC code (193623068998) pulls up the Metallic-Silver. This was a Christmas gift and really frustrated that I cannot get anyone to help.
