Broken

I am a long-time customer who has purchased this product many times over the years. However, my last two attempts to buy this item have been extremely disappointing and demonstrate a significant decline in quality control. First, I ordered the product and it arrived fully packaged, but the item inside was completely shattered/broken. Second, I ordered a replacement, and while the product itself was intact, it arrived unsealed (not new/factory-sealed). For a product that is so expensive, this lack of attention to quality and packaging is unacceptable. I truly believe that the product quality is not nearly as good as it used to be, and it seems there is a complete disregard for the customer experience. I can no longer recommend this item based on these recent experiences.

This vase is beautiful, but the one I received was not new. It wasn’t in the original box & had tape stuck onto it that doesn’t come off. I feel cheated.
