Love, but my third pair was too small

I had previously purchased this shoe in Taupe Patent and Brown Patent. The pair I bought in Navy were too narrow in the instep and had to be returned. I wear either a 9.5 or 10 medium, and all 3 pairs were purchased in a 10M to allow a bit of room at the toe area.
