Extremely Dissatisfied

I received my order of previously worn sneakers that were just placed in a shipping box. There wasn’t any shipping plastic or paper inside the box of previously worn sneakers. I’m a frequent purchaser of goods from Macy’s and truly disappointed that they would ship me previously worn sneakers. I returned the sneakers to a nearby Macys store but this experience gives me pause on future purchases

Cannot believe this happened at Macys

They sent me a dirty pair labeled “display model” very disappointed. It was for my mom’s birthday. They should disclose if they’re sending you a used pair prior to ordering the shoes.

Cute, lightweight sneakers

I bought these Easy Spirit sneakers in a pink and they are very comfortable! They are very lightweight and am not sure how much support they would offer for long walks but I am happy with them!

Attractive but not functional

The shoes were attractive but my foot slipped out of it so easily. I ordered the black ones in my size, 10 M, and expected them to fit. I don’t think a smaller size would work either.
