Straps are of poor quality

From day one this bag has been a problem. The straps for the handle kept twisting and eventually one of them broke. Unfortunately this happened after the grace period to return the purse so now I have a purse that was expensive and not worth the cost.

I love this bag! It is a good size and has convenient pockets for all my Grammie stuff! I can use it with the long strap as a cross body or as a shoulder bag! Or with the two shorter straps, as a satchel! Very versatile bag! Just have to be careful not to overload it as I am prone to do with such a good purse!

Cute and functional purse

The bag is cute, girly, and has just the right amount of space. I'm able to comfortably carry my compact Bible, wallet, and daily essentials without the purse being overly crowded. It was well worth the price. This is my first Calvin Klein bag, and it's just right. I am looking forward to many seasons with this bag. The rating of a 4 is because I did not receive a bag to place my purse into when it is sitting on the shelf in my closet.
