UNBELIEVABLE

HARD TO FIND THE WORDS TO DESCRIBE MY LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION WITH MACY'S AND FINISH LINE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT FINISH LINE SENT ME 2 PAIR OF USED SNEAKERS...ACTUALLY 3 IF YOU CONSIDER THE FACT THAT THEY SENT ME BACK THE SAME PAIR THAT I RETURNED AS A SUPPOSED NEW ORDER. THE FIRST PAIR THE BOX HAD TO HAVE BERN TAKEN OUT OF THE TRASH BASED ON THE CONDITION AND THE SNEAKERS WEREN'T WRAPPED IN TISSUE AND NO STUFFING. SOMEONE HAD TO HAVE TAKEN THEM OUT OF THEIR CLOSET. THE SECOND PAIR WERE IN SIMILAR CONDITION WITH CLEAR STAINS, RIPPED BOX AND NO STUFFING...BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THAT I PUT A MARK ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX WHICH PROVES THEY SENT ME THE SAME PAIR. I ALSO HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH THE CASHIER TELLING ME THAT THE PRICE WAS RINGING UP 10.00 HIGHER THAN WHAT I PAID WITH THE NEW ORDER, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE STILL ON SALE ON LINE. I'VE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF MACY'S BUT NOT AFTER THIS.
