Coach Medium Brooklyn 28 Handbag – Honest Thoughts

The leather on this bag is absolutely beautiful—soft, supple, and clearly high quality. Functionally, it checks the boxes: well-made, thoughtfully designed, and versatile enough for everyday use. That said, it’s not quite the right fit for me. It’s smaller than I expected, and it doesn’t sit comfortably on my shoulder, which makes it less practical for frequent use. I’ll be keeping it because it’s lovely, but it won’t be my go-to grab-and-go bag. I do wish Coach offered a size between the 28 and the 39—something that bridges the gap in both capacity and comfort. If that existed, it might’ve been the perfect match. If you’re looking for a smaller shoulder bag, this is for you, which is why I rated it as such.

Not completely satisfied

I purchased the bag for my daughter’s birthday. She likes it a lot. She and I were disappointed that the bag is not very solid. Looks a little flimsy. I thought it was a much bigger and taller bad. The color is nice as was on the internet.

Perfect Everyday Bag !

I use this for my school bag, it’s very chic and durable to me. Doesn’t fall off the shoulder like a lot of reviews are saying, not too heavy and it fits everything you would need for work/school. Definitely in my everyday bag rotation.
