Runs extremely small

Bought 2 medium bras, one fit perfectly (different style), and this one didn’t. I ordered a medium, but this is only 26cm on the bottom edge. It looks like a tiny pre teen bra. The fabric looks like it would be comfy, but I don’t recommend it.
