Terribly Made

The blouse is cute and fits well but the ties were made horribly, they didn’t line up. First 2 ties were fine but the last tie was off by more than 3 inches. I will be returning the blouse. Nice material, very cute but the sewing/stitching is OFF. It probably wasn’t inspected before packaging.
