Missing bead

I have notified you probably 4 times that the bag is missing a bead right in the middle!I have never used the bag. Have kind of dismissed it from my mind since I have never been acknowledged by you. Love this Sac! Gorgeous color

Love this Sac! Gorgeous color for fall. The size is just right for wallet, sunglasses and daily necessities. The adjustable strap is handy and sturdy. I do wish it had an exterior pocket for easy access to my phone.
